Shipments and returns

Your shipment

When you place your order we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.  Small items are usually sent via overnight courier, larger items usually arrive palletised.

Please check the order carefully for any signs of damage before signing and sign as damaged if there is any sign of damage.  Then report to us within 48 hours.

If you have changed your mind and wish to return your order then please contact us for a RMA number on 0844 884 9686.  We will accept returns within 7 days.   All items must be sealed in original packaging and be in a resaleable condition.  We cannot refund carraige costs.  Your statutory rights are not affected.

Goods sold as refurbished are supplied with a 3 month parts warranty, and cannot be returned as they you are expected to have inspected them in our showroom before purchase.
